Jamaicans defeated

Jamaica lost its final preliminary game of the International Rugby Board Junior World Trophy in Santiago, Chile yesterday.

The Jamaicans were beaten 55 to 17 by South Korea in their Pool ‘B’ game.

Jamaica have now lost all three games, going down 90-3 to Georgia and 82-0 to Uruguay.

The Jamaicans, playing in their first major tournament, will now meet Cook Islands in the play-off for seventh place on Sunday’s final day.

Chile and Uruguay will face off in the final.

The winner of the tournament will get the chance to play in the 2009 Junior World Championship.
