Carib Beer Challenge Final

Hosts Jamaica have won the crucial first innings points from Trinidad and Tobago in the five-day Carib Beer Challenge Final at Sabina Park.



Replying to T&T first innings score of 121 for nine on yesterday’s opening day, the Jamaicans who resumed this morning on 107 for four have moved to 189 without further loss at lunch.



Australian-born Brendan Nash is within sight of a century. Nash is undefeated on 93, while captain Tamar Lambert is 46 not out.



Jamaica now lead by 68 runs with six wickets in hand.
