Jamaica and West Indies batsman Marlon Samuels is expected to depart tomorrow for St. Lucia to face the Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).

Samuels is to answer charges of inappropriate conduct over the weekend.

He has been linked to a potential match-fixing scandal stemming from conversations with an Indian bookmaker ahead of a One Day International in India over a year ago.

Following an internal WICB investigation into bribery allegations, the regional cricket body found there was enough evidence to charge Samuels with misconduct.

Samuels is expected to travel with two top Jamaican lawyers.
