Two killed in Clarendon

Two more persons were also killed last night.

The police said an unidentified man was stabbed to death during an attack by a group of persons along Nelson Street in May Pen.

According to the police reports, shortly before midnight, the man was set upon by a group of persons who beat and stabbed him repeatedly.

The man managed to escape onto Manchester Avenue where members of a police team reportedly rescued him.

He was taken to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Orville ‘Maffo King’ Duhaney, 34, was shot and killed by gunmen in Mitchell Town.

Duhaney is from Swamp district, Mitchell Town.

The police said around 8.30 p.m. residents called them after several explosions were heard.

Duhaney’s body was later found with several gunshot wounds.

At the end of April, there were 57 murders in Clarendon with nine being committed in that month.
