The murder case involving 47-year-old dancehall artiste, Ninja Man is expected to be called up in the Home Circuit Court today.

However, it could again be put off, as Ninja Man's lawyer, Valerie Neita Robertson is involved in the billion-dollar ATL Pension Fund fraud case now underway in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court.

Ninja Man, whose given name is Desmond Ballentine and his son are on bail in the sum of $2 million each in connection with the March 16, 2009 murder of Richard Johnson.

Dennis Clayton and Seymour Samuels are also charged with the murder.

The trial should have begun in November last year but was put off as Mrs Neita-Robertson was involved in the Boulevard murder case at the time.
