Police investigators are to begin questioning the five persons detained during yesterday’s operation in Montego Bay by the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Taskforce and the Financial Investigation Division.

The names of the three males and two females are being withheld.

The investigators carried out a series of raids in the Westgate Hills and Mount Salem in Montego Bay St James as part of an ongoing transnational investigation.

They say they recovered more than 23 kilograms of hash oil, a quantity marijuana and sum of cash.
