An employee of the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) is to appear in court this week to face multiple charges for breaches of the Dangerous Drug Act.

The Mandeville police say 29-year-old Peter Gayle was arrested and charged after three pounds of ganja was found in a car he was driving.

They say another man, named as Jason Plunkett, who was also in the car has also been charged.

The men were charged for possession of ganja, dealing in ganja and trafficking ganja.
