CRICKET: West Indies 'A', Sri Lanka 'A' face off in St Kitts

The seven-match series between West Indies ‘A’ and Sri Lanka ‘A’ will start today at Warner Park in St Kitts with the first four-day test match.



The series comprises of two four-day test matches, two Twenty20 games and three One-Day Internationals.



Barbados captain Kirk Edwards will lead the West Indies ‘A’ team.



Edwards is one of eight players in the 13-man squad to have represented the West Indies in Test cricket.



There are three Jamaicans in the squad.



They are newcomer Sheldon Cotterell, discarded West Indies spinner Nikita Miller and wicketkeeper Chadwick Walton.



The Sri Lanka team is captained by Test opener Dimuth Karunaratne, with middle order batsman Angelo Perera serving as his deputy.
