Published:Saturday | June 8, 2013 | 12:56 PM

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is asking persons who may have witnessed two policemen allegedly abusing members of the public in Clarendon and St Elizabeth to come forward with information.

The Constabulary Communications Network (CCN) did not provide details of the incidents, but says one occurred in Spauldings where a policeman in uniform was captured on video in an apparent confrontation with a school girl.

It is reported that in the other incident, a policeman physically abused a member of the public.

CCN says both incidents are being investigated by its professional standards arm, the Inspectorate of Constabulary and is asking anyone with information to call 908-0819 or 809-2201.
