June 10, 1970:

An aide-mémoire is signed at the Ministry of Finance and Planning between the government of Jamaica, the Jamaica Development Bank (JDB) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) setting out the terms and conditions for the granting of a possible loan of J$5,616,500 by the IADB to the JDB.




Minister of Finance and Planning, Edward Seaga, signed on behalf of the government, Abe Issa, chairman and D.R. Clarke, general manager, signed on behalf of the Jamaica Development Bank.
