Police Commissioner Francis Forbes unveils a corporate strategy designed to reform and lead the Police Force into the next millennium and beyond, during the launching on June 17, 1998 at the Jamaica conference centre in downtown Kingston.

Crime management, community policing, traffic management, personnel management, financial and resource management, restructuring, service and ethics are the planks on which the strategy in being mounted.
