JAAA names team for Youth Championships

Jamaica's team for the 2013 World Youth Championships, scheduled for Donetsk, Ukraine, has been named.



The Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) has announced a 26 member team for the event.



The event will run from July 10-14.



The team is as follows:



Females: Isheka Binns, Rushelle Burton, Saqukine Cameron, Rochelle Frazer, Paul-Ann Gayle, Daeshon Gordon, Tiffany James, Andrenette Knight, Yanique McNeil, Tamara Moncrieffe, Shanice Reid, Jonielle Smith and Yanique Thompson.



Males: Devaughn Baker, Odane Bernard, Clayton Brown, Christoff Bryan, Jordon Chin, Demar Gayle, Jaheel Hyde, Martin Manley, Michael O’Hara, O’Brien Wasome, Marvin Williams, Okeen Williams and Waseem Williams.



Team Officials:

Ewan Scott, manager; Nerine Pommells, assistant manager; Hamlin Pagon, assistant manager; Michael Carr, head coach; Keilando Goburn, coach; Shanikie Osbourne, coach; Marlon Gayle, coach; Ruel James, coach; Dr Tahira Redwood, doctor; and Andrea Saunders, physiotherapist.
