The murder case of alleged gang leader Christopher Linton, more popularly known as Dog Paw, has been pushed back.

The case was set for mention on October 4 when it was called up in the Home Circuit Court this morning.

It is being alleged that on December 19, 2010, Linton and two others murdered Dania Forbes, Marnest Hylton and six-year-old Johleme McKay in Bedward Gardens in August Town, St Andrew.

Fire was set to the house in which the three were sleeping.

The two charged jointly with Linton are Donald Allen and Yannick Ellis.

Linton is already serving a 15 year prison sentence in relation to a 2010 shooting incident.
