ATHLETICS: Fraser-Pryce headlines seven J'cans to compete in Monaco tomorrow

Two-time Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce headlines seven Jamaicans confirmed for the Diamond League meeting in Monaco tomorrow.

Fraser-Pryce will contest the women’s 200 metres and will face off with Americans Carmelita Jeter and Kimberly Duncan along with Murielle Ahoure of the Ivory Coast.

Four Jamaicans are down to compete in the women’s 400 metres.

They are national champion Novlene Williams-Mills, Stephanie McPherson, Rosemarie Whyte and Shericka Williams.

The other Jamaicans who will be in action are – Nickel Ashmeade and Kemar Bailey-Cole in the men’s 100 metres.

The Jamaican pair will face off with the Americans Justin Gatlin and Michael Rodgers along with Kim Collins of St Kitts and the Nevis.
