Curfew on in sections of Clarendon

A curfew has been imposed in sections of Hayes and Savannah and Bucknor and Rector Land in Clarendon.



The curfew began at 6 p.m., today, and will remain in effect until 6 p.m. on Sunday.



The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:



NORTH : Along an imaginary line from My Lord’s Complex to the unpainted brick house.



EAST: Along a dirt road from the unpainted brick house to the large tamarind tree in the vicinity of the pink house at Corn Piece.





SOUTH: Along an imaginary line from the large tamarind Tree in the vicinity of the pink house at Corn Piece to the yellow shop at the entrance of Old Settlement Road.



WEST: Along a dirt road from the yellow shop at the entrance of Old Settlement Road to My Lord’s Complex.



The police say that during the hours of the curfew all persons within the boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised in writing by the member of security forces who is in charge of enforcing the curfew.
