Two of the biggest names in world sports – the world’s fastest man Jamaica’s Usain Bolt and UK athletics star Mo Farah could go head-to-head in a race for charity.

Mo Farah has challenged Bolt to run over a distance of between 600 metres and 800 metres.

The 26-year-old Bolt says he would be prepared to take on the challenge.

The 30-year-old Farah is more used to competing over 5,000 metres and 10,000 metres, while Bolt specialises in the 100 and 200 metres.

They won their respective events at last year's Olympics and struck up a special connection during the London Games.
