Published:Friday | August 9, 2013 | 1:59 PM

Detectives attached to the Cross Roads Criminal Investigation Branch are asking the public to be on the lookout for persons seeking to sell appliances and electronics.

The appeal is being made as investigators probe the robbery at the Half-Way Tree Road branch of Appliance Traders Limited.

The police say thieves stole several items valued at millions of dollars from the store’s main showroom.

The items were discovered missing yesterday.

Some of the stolen items include televisions, pressure cookers, irons, fans, tablet computers and home theatre systems.

Investigators are appealing to the robbers to return the stolen property and turn themselves in.

They are urging persons who may come across the items to contact the police.
