FOOTBALL: U-15 Boyz face St Lucia in Cayman tonight

Jamaica’s Young Reggae Boyz will go in search of their second straight victory when the inaugural CONCACAF Under-15 International Football Tournament in the Cayman Islands resumes today.

Jamaica, who whipped Grenada 4-0 in their opening game on Tuesday, will now face St Lucia at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex.

The Group ‘B’ contest is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m.

In another Group ‘B’ games today, Guatemala will play Grenada at the Ed Bush Stadium, also at 7 p.m.

Over in Group ‘A’, Aruba and St Maarten will face off at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex at 4 p.m., while the Bahamas and Bermuda will clash at the Ed Bush Stadium, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

There are seven other matches scheduled for today.

Twenty-four teams from across the region are participating in the event.

Each team will play the others in its group once with the group winners advancing to the semifinals on August 23 at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex.

The CONCACAF Under-15 tournament will be held every two years.
