Twenty-two-year-old college baseball player Christopher Lane was shot in the back in the town of Duncan last Friday.

Police said one of the accused admitted that he shot and killed Lane because he was bored and had nothing to do.

Sixteen-year-old Chancey Luna and 15-year-old James Edwards, were charged with first-degree murder while 17-year-old Michael Dewayne Jones, has been named as accessory to the crime.

They are to be tried as adults.
