Fire destroys three MoBay businesses

An early-morning blaze of unknown origin destroyed three businesses in Montego Bay this morning.



The police say that about 3 a.m., they were summoned to Paradise Crescent, Montego Bay, St James, where a bar, hair salon and a grocery shop were ablaze.



Three units from the Coral Gardens and Montego Bay Fire Departments were called in to extinguished the fire, but could not save the businesses.



Loss is estimated at $4 million.



Noone was injured.



The buildings were not insured.
