High Command urges public to report unprofessional police personnel

Published:Thursday | August 29, 2013 | 9:55 AM

The Police High Command is encouraging the public to report police personnel who fail to respond to their complaints.

The high command says it takes all concerns about unprofessional behaviour of police personnel seriously.

It says persons who feel that they have been wronged by police personnel to report these cases to the Inspectorate of the Constabulary.

The High Command is also reminding police personnel that it is their sworn duty to protect and serve members of the public, and any infractions will result in disciplinary measures.

The high command says the reminder is being issued in light of a recent complaint.
