St James men on fraud charges to appear in court today

The three men charged on Sunday by the Major Investigation Taskforce (MOCA), on fraud allegations are expected to appear in the Montego Bay Resident Magistrate's Court today.



The men were arrested during an operation on Friday in Montego Bay.



Fifty-one-year-old building contractor Robert Dundar, 39-year-old businessman Louis Nicholas Smith and 44-year-old Delroy Gayle have been charged with money laundering.



The three were arrested during the simultaneous raids of their homes by MOCA and the Financial Investigation Division.



A business establishment operated by Smith was also searched during the operation.
