Jamaica’s cyclists are among more than 110 international and regional cyclists from 25 countries down to participate in the Tobago International Cycling Classic.

The cycling classic, which involves six days of racing, starts today.

The classic will be highlighted by the World ranked Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) tour of Tobago in which cyclists will confront scenic but unforgiving hilly terrain.

Organisers have also introduced a series of Mountain Bike races through the scenic trails of Tobago’s rain forest in an effort to broaden the appeal of the Tobago International Cycling Classic.

International viewers in more than 200 cities around the world are expected to watch the event on ESPN.
