The lucrative Supreme Ventures Two-Year-Old horseracing series kicks off at Caymanas Park on Saturday, October 19, with the ninth running of the Cash Pot ‘Only One For Me’ Trophy over 1200 metres.

That race has attracted a purse of $2.95 million.

Offering $10.8 million in total prize money, the triple-crown series for native-bred two-year-olds will continue on November 30 with the $3.6-million Pick 3 Super Challenge Trophy over 1400 metres.

The series will end on Boxing Day, Thursday, December 26, with the 101st running of the Jamaica Two-Year-Old Stakes over a mile with a whopping purse of $4.2-5 million.

Sponsorship firm Supreme Ventures Limited has donated $6.55 million to the purse of all three graded two-year-old races, including the million-dollar bonus to the owner of the horse good enough to win all three races.

Since its inception in 2005, no two-year-old has won all three.
