FOOTBALL: Walker Cup semi-final spots to be decided today

The last two semi-final spots in the ISSA/LIME urban area Walker Cup Knockout football competition will be decided today following a quarterfinal double header at the Constant Spring field.



The first quarterfinal match at the venue features St George’s College against Hydel at 1 p.m., while Excelsior will play Jamaica College in the second match at 3 o’clock.



Defending champions Wolmer’s Boys and Charlie Smith secured the first two semi-final spots yesterday.



Charlie Smith qualified first following a 2-1 victory over Holy Trinity and Wolmer’s Boys whipped Spanish Town 4-0 to book their spot. Both games were played at the Constant Spring field.
