Defending champions St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) and Manchester High have earned the right to contest the ISSA/LIME Ben Francis Cup knockout football final.

The final will take place on Saturday at a venue to be decided.

Both teams progressed to the championship match following semi-final victories yesterday.

STETHS came from two goals down to secure a sensational 3-2 semi-final victory over Paul Bogle High at the Juici Pattie Complex.

Manchester High qualified for the final following a 1-0 victory over Green Pond at STETHS.

Manchester High’s coach Sheldon Davis was very confident of the semi-final victory.

He is now planning for the Grand Final against STETHS.

A disappointing Gregory Daley, coach of Green Pond, says his team will now concentrate on the daCosta Cup competition.

The final will be played on Saturday at a venue to be decided.
