Marvia Patterson, the Trelawny woman accused of killing four-year-old Natasha Brown of Duanvale in May is due back in court today.

The 42-year-old woman has reportedly confessed to beheading the infant on May 28 and then dumping the child's remains in a sink-hole.

She’s to appear before the Clark's Town Resident Magistrate's Court.

Patterson last appeared in court in September when an order was made for the full completion of a psychiatric report.

The woman has been denied bail since her initial court appearance in August because of concerns about her safety.

She is the ex-girlfriend of the father of the slain child.
