The fraud trial of former president of the Portmore Mini Bus Association, Carl Campbell, could not proceed today because of the absence of a witness.
His bail has been extended until February 3 next year.
It is alleged in October 2010 Campbell collected a total of $360,000 to procure a road license for a bus driver.
A year later the complainant’s coaster bus was seized by Transport Authority and police personnel.
Following investigations it was discovered that the road licenses was fraudulent.
A report was made and Campbell was subsequently arrested and later charged.
