What started out as an ordinary day for persons at the Port Antonio courthouse at Bryans Bay, Portland, turned tragic yesterday after a complainant died suddenly.

He is 66-year-old Kenneth Walsh, a jeweler and jewelry store operator.

According to the police, Walsh was sitting in courtroom number two, awaiting his case to be called up, when persons observed him fidgeting and sweating profusely.

The police say he managed to leave the courtroom, and soon after collapsed holding onto his chest.

He was rushed to the nearby hospital by a police team, but was pronounced dead shortly after by doctors, who reportedly said that Walsh may have died from a heart attack.
