Police seek public's help to locate suspect in bullet-making machines, warheads find

Police investigators have now turned to members of the public for help in locating the Manchester man believed to be connected to the seizure of two bullet-making machines and over 3,000 warheads at the ports on Thursday.

This comes after the man, who they have identified as Oneil Shrouder, failed to turn himself in to investigators by yesterday’s deadline.

Investigators say the barrel in which the machines and rounds of ammunition were found was consigned to Shrouder.

The police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Organized Crime Investigation Division through the police emergency number 119 or the nearest police station.
