Both teams are using the series as preparation for the International Cricket Council Under-19 World Cup to be played in United Arad Emirates in February, 2014.

Spin bowling all-rounder Ramaal Lewis of Jamaica will captain the squad, with Trinidadian Jeremy Solozano as vice-captain.

There are four other Jamaicans in the 15-member squad.

They are Fabien Allen, Tristan Coleman, Brandon King and Marquino Mindley.

The last time the two sides met was in October in the Caribbean in a seven-game ODI series which Bangladesh won 4-3.
