The police say they are yet to make any breakthrough as they investigate the discovery of two bullet making machines and thousands rounds of ammunition.

The items were found in a barrel on the wharf last Thursday.

Investigators say the machines were shipped from the United States and were destined for the criminal underworld.

They say the barrel was consigned to Oneil Shrouder, a Manchester man who has been listed as a person of interest in the case.

Head of the Constabulary Communication Network Deputy Superintendent Steve Brown says Shrouder is yet to report to the police.

The items are now at the government forensic lab for testing as a high-level probe continues.
