Police report on Hanover teen's death ready

The Inspectorate of the Constabulary has completed investigations into allegations of unprofessional conduct by police personnel in relation to the death of 17-year-old Ashanine Clarke of Hanover on November 14.
The controversial shooting resulted in two days of protest by angry residents.
A statement from the Constabulary Communication Network says a file has been prepared and a copy will be submitted to the Independent Commission of Investigations today.
It has been reported that Clarke and a pillion rider were on a motorcycle travelling along the Sandy Bay main road when they were signalled to stop by a police team.
It is further reported that he drove off and the police gave chase.
The men were later accosted by the police team and were allegedly beaten severely and had to be taken to hospital.
Clarke died in hospital of his reported injuries while the other man was admitted in critical condition.
