Man charged for murder of St Elizabeth teens

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica:

The St Elizabeth Police have charged a man in relation to the murders of two teenage boys in the parish earlier this month.




He’s 29 year old Alton Baker of Thornton district, St Elizabeth and Manchester addresses.



Baker is booked to appear in the Balaclava Resident Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.



He was charged over the weekend following interviews by detectives.



Baker is accused of the murders of Ashnell Coke and Desrick Williams, both 15 years old.



Coke was a student of the Magotty High School, while Williams attended the Balaclava High.



Their bodies were found in Thornton district in North East St Elizabeth with chop wounds to the head.



Baker was out on bail on a charge of wounding at the time of the attack on the teenage boys.
