Post-mortem done on cook-shop operator killed by police

Investigators from the Independent Commission of Investigations are now awaiting the results of a port-mortem done on the body of Robert Jackson also known as Nakia.



The post-mortem was performed on Monday in the presence of family members, their legal representatives and an independent pathologist.



Jackson, a 27-year-old cook-shop operator, was reportedly shot and killed by the police in Orange Villa, Kingston on January 20 while they were in search of a Rastafarian man.



Family members say he was shot in a case of mistaken identity.
