Man hit by train in Old Harbour, dies

The Old Harbour Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man who died from injuries after being hit by a train.



The incident happened on Wednesday morning in Boodles district, Old Harbour in St. Catherine.



The police say the man is believed to be in his mid-thirties and was clad in a black shirt and blue pants.



It is reported that shortly before 11 o' clock, the man walked on to the train line and was stuck by the train.



The police say the man was taken to hospital where he died.
