National Security Minister Michael Dunkley says legalisation of medical marijuana could be on the cards in Bermuda.

Hinting at the liberalisation of the law, Dunkley said a major report on marijuana reform will be looked at by Cabinet as early as next month.

Dunkley said debate on marijuana in several US states and elsewhere had been looked at in Bermuda, although he said information from overseas had to be analysed carefully.
