NETBALL: Jamaica's squad for Youth Tournament named

Netball Jamaica has named its 12-member squad to represent the country at the Jean Pierre Youth Tournament in Antigua and Bermuda from April 4-14.



The young Sunshine Girls, who have won the tournament on two occasions, will open their campaign against Dominica on April 6.



The remaining games are against St Lucia on April 7, Trinidad and Tobago on April 8, Barbados on April 10, St Kitts on April 11 and St Vincent and the Grenadines on April 12.



Jamaica’s squad comprises Simone Gordon, Tracy Ann Francis, Nicole Lewis, Idara McCarty, Carlalee Tingling, Shanique Francis, Hasana Williams, Bless-sade Lindo, Susan Douglas, Shauna Kay Shand, Christina Miller and Sashoye Britton.



Two Jamaican umpires will officiate at the tournament.

They are Jennifer McKenizie and Rasheed Josephs.
