The Southern Basketball Conference is questioning the new constitution of the Jamaica Basketball Association, which was used to call the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, but the Southern Basketball Conference says its body was left out of the ratification process.

The president of the Southern Basketball Conference Calvin Martin says the Jamaica Basketball Association was wrong to deny its member the right to participate in the proposed new constitution.

Martin is now asking the Jamaica Basketball Association to provide information regarding the conferences who had ratified the new constitution.
