South Korea ferry recovery could take two months
Officials in South Korea have cautioned that the recovery operation from Wednesday's ferry disaster could last for up to two months.
Thirty two persons have been confirmed dead and 270 others still missing after the passenger ferry capsized in Korean waters.
One hundred and seventy four survivors have so far been rescued and Korean officials say divers are battling strong currents in poor visibility to find missing passengers.
Meanwhile, reports say relatives have started providing DNA samples to help identify those killed.
The captain of the ferry Lee Joon-seok and two crew members have since been arrested for negligence of duty and violation of maritime laws.
