Manchester man charged with Porus triple murder
The Manchester Police have charged one of two men who were held in connection with the April murders of a mother and her two sons in Good Hope district in Porus.
Forty-six-year-old Mark Henry of Spring Grove in Manchester was charged with three counts of murder on Saturday.
He is scheduled to appear before the Mandeville Resident Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Henry and another man were arrested shortly after the bodies of 44-year-old Nadine Caridice, 11-year-old Rushane Ellis and 16-year-old Jeovanni Thomas were found with chop wounds at their house.
The other man who was questioned over several days, has since been released.
The body of the younger son was found near the gateway, and his brother's a few feet away from the house.
The mother's body with its throat slashed and other wounds, was found at the house.
The police said her wounds indicate that there was a struggle.
The man who is charged with the murder is said to have had a relationship with the woman sometime ago.
