FOOTBALL: Waterhouse, Montego Bay United clash for Premiership title tonight

The 2013-2014 season of the Red Stripe Premier League comes to an end tonight as Waterhouse and Montego United will contest the final at the National Stadium.



The match is scheduled to kick off at 8:30 p.m.



Both clubs will be hunting their third title with Waterhouse winning in 1998 and 2006 while Montego Bay United won it as Seba in 1987 and 1997 before the name change.



Tonight’s match will be the fourth between the clubs.



In the first meeting between the clubs Montego Bay United won 3-0.



The teams then battled to a goalless draw in their second match and then Waterhouse won the third match 2-1.



Waterhouse will enter the final with the best form having won six of their last seven games compared to Montego Bay United who have won two of their last five.



Montego Bay United went on to book their spot in the final by knocking out the defending champions Harbour View.



They won the semi-final tie 3-2 on aggregate.



Waterhouse turned back Arnett Gardens 5-4 on aggregate in their semi-final tie to achieve their place in to tonight's championship game.
