Senegal and Tunisia had to settle for a share of the spoils after an entertaining 2-all draw in the opening Group D match of the African Nations Cup.

Issam Jomaa opened the scoring for Tunisia after firing in a low shot from the left.

However, Moustapha Sall capitalised on an error from Birmingham defender Radhi Jaidi to level the scores at the break.

Fulham striker Diomansy Kamara then handed Senegal the lead before a stunning strike from Mejdi Traoui seven minutes from time earned Tunisia a draw.

In another Group ‘D’ match, South Africa and Angola battled to a 1-all draw.

The draw leaves all four teams in the group with a point each.
