Many persons are now opting for a hotel over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. One of the reasons is to escape the heavy volume of cooking for family and friends at these times of the year.
In hotels, the major part of the 'work' is to decide which of the restaurants on the properties to select. Sandals Grande Ocho Rios, has several options, ranging from buffet to special romantic tables for two along the boardwalk overlooking the ocean.
Superb white-glove service is guaranteed and, besides the lavish feast of New Year's Eve, guests can dine in relative quiet and make their selections from the menu.
Here are some of the offerings from January 1.
