A judge in The Bahamas has cleared three men of killing a British toddler who was struck by an out of control speedboat as he lay sleeping on a beach.
The boat’s driver and its two owners had reportedly been put on trial following a long campaign by the parents of two year-old Paul Gallagher.
The judge in the Bahamian capital, Nassau, ruled that there was no case to answer.
Paul Gallagher’s parents have denounced the ruling as disgraceful and a miscarriage of justice.
