The Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) is currently conducting a search operation for an aircraft that has reportedly crashed in St Elizabeth.

JDF civil-military cooperation and media affairs officer, Major Basil Jarrett told The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre that the army got a report about the crash two hours ago.

He, however, could not provide further detail on the operation.
