Math teacher, Winston Moncrieffe, who is charged with indecent assault, has been granted $100,000 bail with one or two sureties.

The 59-year-old teacher appeared in the St Ann Parish Court yesterday.

He was arrested and charged by the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) on Tuesday afternoon.

The teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old female student from Ocho Rios Primary School.

He’s to return to court next month.
