GREETINGS, THE article by Rev. Ronnie Thwaites is spot on. I would only add that it is not so much feeding the nation, but feeding ourselves.

One little point is that no one can indeed consider themself independent if they can’t feed themselves -and so, too, a nation. The more one does so, the more one is independent. Food is also fundamental for life - no food, no life. We as a nation need to create more jobs in agriculture, as this is what these jobs are for, serving each other. Iron for ploughs, not for guns.
