Yoi nichiyōbi o (Happy Sunday). The ambassador of Japan, Masaya Fujiwara, will be ending his tenure in Jamaica and hosted a farewell reception last Thursday at his Paddington Terrace residence in St Andrew. The occasion, which was well attended by ministers, members of the diplomatic community and the business sector, was in aid of wishing Fujiwara sayonara (bye) and thanking him for all he has done for diplomatic relations between the two countries while being posted here.
