The Red Sea International Film Festival opened in Saudi Arabia with jury member Naomie Harris stepping onto the red carpet in an elegant black David Koma gown, complete with a thigh-split skirt and oversized bow detail.

Over in California, The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Gala brought out Kerry Washington, who chose waxed jacquard in Simkhai — a Zander bustier and Vionna midi skirt.
